The Glow-Wire Test Machine uses simulation technology to assess the fire risk caused by thermal stress in a short time by heat sources such as glowing elements or overload resistors. It is one of the series products of fire risk test instruments for electrical and electronic components. It is suitable for evaluating the flammability test and ignition temperature test of electrical equipment and its components and parts, as well as solid electrical insulation materials or other solid combustible materials.

Test Principle :
1, the use of simulation technology to assess the fire risk of heat sources such as glowing elements or overload resistors caused by thermal stress in a short time.

2, the glowing wire is a specified resistance wire ring, electrically heated to the specified temperature, is the top of the glowing wire contact sample to reach the specified period of time to observe and measure the performance of the material.

3. This test device is used for fire test of non-flame ignition source.
